∎ Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and tact.
∎ Recruit, train, and onboard new sales associates to ensure a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.
∎ Daily Sales Reconciliation: Record cash and credit sales, verify cash balances, and reconcile with point-of-sale (POS) reports.
∎ Expense Tracking: Record expenses such as rent, salaries, electricity, and raw material purchases.
∎ Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage payments to suppliers and follow up on outstanding customer payments for custom orders or credit sales.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Jewellery sales, team leadership, inventory management, and customer service. The Gold Jewellery Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gold Jewellery section.
