∎ Minimum SSC/ HSC / Higher secondary level from any reputed Industry.
∎ Diploma / Technical skill in Food will be an added advantage.
∎ Hospitality/Food industry or relevant experience preferred.

∎ Ability to lead a team; flexibility with work schedule.
∎ Ability to promote positive work relationships with service personnel and other departments
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check the food and recipe before the production.
∎ Data collection from the field and other sites and data management for stakeholder.
∎ Participate in new product opportunities, technologies, and industry trends.
∎ Cross functional work for successful product launches.
∎ Maintain Food Standard as per rules and regulation.
∎ Being updated on industry trends and emerging product & technologies.
∎ Contribute to different development reports for management.
∎ Oversee and guide workers to facilitate data collection.
∎ Supervision of training and regularly communicate with the participants and other collaborators.
∎ Standardize different raw material and maintain company production standard.
∎ Aid research projects to improve products and processes.
