Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ISHO is an emerging furniture & lifestyle brand. We believe in being disruptive by design. We are looking for someone who will essentially look after all of the services that will help smoother business operations. Responsibilities can include overseeing and agreeing on space/building rental contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
∎ Look after building management i.e., security, cleaning, plumbing, electrical and heavy equipment maintenance of the stores.
∎ Coordinate and Manage relationships with key operations staff i.e., supervisors, electricians, plumbers, etc.
∎ Frequently visit projects and execute the project operation according to the project plan.
∎ Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
∎ Keep track of store licenses, registrations, and fuel reserves for generators.
∎ Maintain good relationships with landlords and keep rental contracts up to date from time to time, if needed, the person has to respond for on-call support in case of emergency situations.
