Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead telecom equipment development initiatives
∎ Transition manual processes to telecom equipment-based solutions
∎ Communicate regularly with HQ in Chinese to provide updates on the country's telecom market
∎ Develop and prepare strategies to achieve market leadership
∎ Ensure compliance with local telecom regulations
∎ Oversee and manage local operations, ensuring alignment with HQ directives
∎ Coordinate with various departments to implement HQ strategies effectively
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and telecom partners
