∎ Priority will be given those applicants having Knowledge on: - Bangladesh Labor Law, labor rules, factory rules, fire rules and HR policies.

∎ Supervising the day-to-day operation of the Administration Department & Factory operation.
∎ Maintaining & controlling all administration & Milling issues of the Factory.
∎ Ensuring a clean, safe & Secure factory environment.
∎ Ensure proper safety & security of the factory.
∎ Recruit, train & supervise security guards & officers.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
