∎ Warmly greet and receive students, guests, and visitors with professionalism.
∎ Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
∎ Oversee both incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages.
∎ Aid in scheduling appointments, meetings, and reserving conference rooms.
∎ Execute various administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry.
∎ Offer general administrative support to the team when required.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
