∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge about HR strategy, HR Policies, Documents & Records.
∎ Check of Leave, Attendance, Absenteeism, Salary Sheet, Compensation & Co-ordinate and ensure administrative support to all regulatory and statutory requirements of Company.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HR database.
∎ Facilitate organizing events such as Election, AGM and other meeting.
∎ Reporting to the Club Secretary for day to day affairs.
∎ Logistics supports for various sports activities among the club members and inter clubs from time to time as instructed by the concerned member in-charge and club secretary.
∎ To arrange Circulation among the club members who have interested to obtain liquor permit for every financial year from Department of Narcotics Control.
∎ Collection of Quotations for purchase of sports items according to the instructed by the concerned member in-charge and Club Secretary.
∎ Computer composes of correspondence in English & Bengali relating to the sports activities by the dictation of Club secretary.
∎ To maintain jointly Liaison with Narcotics department for renewal of Bar License and members individual Liquor permit.
∎ To contact with the Fire Department for obtaining license renewal for every year. Maintain and arrange club game and sports activities.
∎ To conduct Club/Members event at various Hall in the Club.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
