Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct, regulate, and control the administration department.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support the company's business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans support the needs of the business.
∎ Ensuring all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.
∎ Coordinating recruitment throughout the company through the management of a recruitment team/HR team.
∎ Preparing and updating organogram, manpower planning, and ensuring all Jobs.
∎ Handle employee terminations, grievances, equity, and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair, and respectful manner.
∎ Ensuring all policies and procedures are up-to-date and legally compliant
∎ Providing day-to-day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, Labour matters, etc.
∎ Reviewing all staff salaries and making recommendations for pay raises in consultation with department heads as well as implementing any increments and promotions.
∎ Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & and norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Ensuring proper organization and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative, HR, Admin, and other departments.
