∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 15-18 years of experience.
∎ Must have working experience in hospital, diagnostic, academic institutes etc.
∎ The educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.
∎ Must have knowledge in office applications and ERP software.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting, screening candidates to conducting interviews to onboarding new employees.
∎ Develop and maintain the performance appraisal system.
∎ Identify the training needs for employees and arrange training programs and maintain training records.
∎ Supervise the compensation and benefit management process.
∎ Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the overall administrative functions of the hospital and College.
∎ Ensure smooth logistic support for the concerned members of the hospital and college.
∎ Ensure that hospital & college premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
∎ Maintain office security to prevent unforeseen incidents and provide a secure work environment for employees.
∎ Manage and maintain new agreements, terminations, renewals, security, rental issues, utility bill payments, renovation, decoration, repair & maintenance, meter commissioning, etc.
∎ Responsible for managing office equipment, printing, stationery, office supplies, office equipment, furniture, and sitting arrangements.
∎ Responsible for fleet operation, driver acquisition, repairs and maintenance of vehicles, mileage tracking, fitness, route permits, insurance & other necessary papers, regularizing, handling traffic cases, etc.
∎ Responding promptly to emergency situations involving equipment breakdowns, mitigating potential hazards or interruptions.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the department.
