Working experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be preferred.
Sound knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation methods, and patient assessment tools.
Ability to operate physiotherapy equipment safely and effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and patience in handling patients.
Team player with a professional attitude and ethical behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.
Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based techniques.
Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Provide rehabilitation programs for post-surgery, injury, stroke, or chronic illness patients.
Guide patients in the proper use of mobility aids (crutches, walkers, braces, etc.).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
Educate patients and their families about physical therapy goals, home exercises, and preventive measures.
Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices and advancements.
Maintain professional behavior and uphold the hospital’s reputation and ethical standards.
Any additional tasks assigned by the Respective Authority.
