• Age 25 to 40 years

• Working experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be preferred.

• Sound knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation methods, and patient assessment tools.

• Ability to operate physiotherapy equipment safely and effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathy and patience in handling patients.

• Team player with a professional attitude and ethical behavior.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

• Educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.

• Identify movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based techniques.

• Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Provide rehabilitation programs for post-surgery, injury, stroke, or chronic illness patients.

• Guide patients in the proper use of mobility aids (crutches, walkers, braces, etc.).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.

• Educate patients and their families about physical therapy goals, home exercises, and preventive measures.

• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

• Stay updated with current physiotherapy practices and advancements.

• Maintain professional behavior and uphold the hospital’s reputation and ethical standards.

• Any additional tasks assigned by the Respective Authority.
