Educational Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate must bear an MBA degree from any reputed private/ public university (Local/ foreign). Major in HR Management or HR Development is preferred.
∎ Any other professional degree in HR field would be regarded as added advantage.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, plan, forecast and prepare the annual HR plan of the organization, HR Budgeting & Forecasting, map the implementation through approved process and procedure.
∎ Lead the entire recruitment & selection process from recruitment planning, Job advertisement to joining, placement & orientation with comprehensive association of recruitment team. A Comprehensive recruitment process for every concern should be implemented as per the policy.
∎ Ensure purpose oriented effective induction and on-boarding process to be followed after recruitment. Implement effective orientation plan for the new joiners.
∎ Be responsible for devising statutory compliance management by formulating, updating and implementing necessary policies, procedures and SOP's as on demand issue by the management as well as modern HR approach and procedures time to time and make sure its effective application within the organization.
∎ Make sure the employees are evaluated appropriately by following standard Performance Management System (PMS) in monthly/quarterly/ yearly basis by implementing individual KPI/ KRA Process in for the company.
∎ Ensure appropriate Compensation & Benefit (C & B) issue, employee relation issue is properly addressed and resolved as per the standard of the organization's policy.
∎ The personnel will be responsible for preparing TNA (Training Need Analysis) in periodical basis from every departmental head for devising annual training procedures and plan.
∎ He will prepare the training calendar and training budget for the planned training programs.
∎ He will arrange all training venues, ancillary arrangement and facilitators for the training session.
∎ All the Training Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE), trainee evaluation, Facilitator evaluation and ToT (Training of Trainers) evaluation as well as necessary training records will be handled by him.
∎ The personnel will be responsible for preparing/updating various procedures, formats, SOP's, Master Procedures, compliance management procedures by following business ethics principle and QMS standard for maintaining ISO 9001-2015 certification.
∎ Conduct periodical HR & other departmental audit internally and externally for maintaining TQM & QMS principles and standard for continuous organizational development.
∎ He will be responsible for ensuring OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) management and its related issues along with preparing flow-chart and standard operating procedure application and crating awareness among the employees for protection and prevention of any hazardous event.
∎ The personnel are also responsible to perform any other important issue that seems deemed necessary by the management time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 year(s) (Negotiable for stunning qualified and experienced candidate)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Smooth Functional of ERP.
∎ True Leadership capabilities, Business Partnering skill.
∎ Able to show professionalism in most negative environment. A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications expertise.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) in English is a must.
∎ Should be able to work as a team member;
∎ Strong, problem resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills;
∎ Knowledge: Multidimensional
