Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will be preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have implement HR & Admin policies at the site.
∎ Develop HR policies and guidelines and have to ensure that all are compiled.
∎ Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.
∎ Have to create departmental KPI.
∎ Standardize the disciplinary action process.
∎ Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.Conduct interviews and selection process.
∎ Reduce employee turnover rate.Ensuring that all employees records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.Reduce Office Cost.
∎ Providing advice and council employee for motivation.Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
∎ Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the top management from time to time.
∎ Creating and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the board.
∎ Corresponding with regulators about matters of compliance.
∎ Arranging for the coordination of audit, review, and examination activities.
∎ Program Assemble and maintain the audit and compliance paperwork.
∎ Must keep an eye on the floor to check for any compliance problems.
∎ To inspire staff members to uphold all forms of personal safety.
∎ Provide comprehensive training to all personnel regarding safety awareness and keep track of all training records.
∎ To educate the staff on matters of health and safety.
∎ Verify that the factories are adhering to social ethics, safety and health regulations etc.
∎ To identify any non-compliance issues through internal auditing and continuous monitoring in the production.
∎ Undertake internal auditing while keeping in mind the Labor Law, Buyers COC, Factory Rules, and other national and international legal documents.
∎ Keep an eye on compliance certifications such as RSC, WRAP, HIGG, BSCI, SEDEX, SQP-QS.
∎ Using weekly, monthly, and annual comparative statistical reports and tools, maintain all internal compliance mechanisms and tools.
∎ Make recommendations to the management on a number of significant legal and other COC pronouncements and judgments.
∎ As directed by factory management, provide internal training on OH&S, EMS, fire safety, grievance, etc. for all employees.
∎ Perform routine internal H&S and environmental assessments. Periodically review and update all legal documents, certificates and licenses by corresponding with the relevant authorities.
∎ Examining the checklist on a regular basis and updating the management of all compliance reports at regular intervals, etc.
