Job Context:
∎ ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Portal for restaurants and takeaways across the UK.
∎ The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, a multi-tasker and a demonstrated team-player.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day tasks of the HR, Administration, and Customer Relations departments.
∎ Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
∎ Manage payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate problems as necessary.
∎ Always look for ways to enhance current customer relations.
