Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in Management/ HRM or related field or similar professional qualification. BBA/ MBA major in Human Recourse Management.
∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Excellent leadership skills, Factory HR Administration, Payroll Processing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Management, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, Human Resource Management, Payroll Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR activities.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & Compliance.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment
∎ Dealings with buyer compliance & technical team in order to get satisfactory report and mitigate non-compliance issue raised by them.
∎ Improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Ensure workers/employees are getting their compensation & benefits without inconsistency as per labour law. Ensure and check workers final settlement and maternity benefits.
∎ Responsible to manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Maintain annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.
∎ Have to implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture. Manage change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.
∎ Keeping update information about labour market and wage trends relevant to the Government labor legislation.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Maintain good relation with all level of worker, PC, safety committee. And take appropriate action to mitigate worker issues.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Have to organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, and legal affairs and so on.
∎ Have to be responsible to arrange all occasion of company as per management requirement.
∎ Monitoring & supervise the various issues like office transports, office equipment, property, Canteen maintenance, Maintain Personal file, Promotion, Transfer, Increment & Performance appraisal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid experience in Garments industry will be added advantage.
∎ Updated knowledge about Labour Law and other related compliance requirements.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Ability to communicate effictavely and proactively
∎ Leadership Skills.
∎ Analytical ability & ability to take challenges.
