∎ The Management of a reputed of companies owning large 100% Export oriented Denim units is looking for Qualified & Dynamic HR Manager For immediate appointment.
∎ HR Manager must have full command on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Compliance requirement
∎ For The post of HR Manager must have 5-7 years working experience in the admin, HR department in Garments Industry.
∎ The applicants must have experience in managing 2000-4000 Employees in a single complaint unit.
∎ The candidate must have in depth Knowledge on fire safety matters.
∎ The candidate should have sound Knowledge on manpower management motivation & training to abide by all compliance issues and buyers code of conduct.
∎ Should be fluent both in written & spoken English and be well conversant in computer applications.
∎ The candidate must have experience and ability to communicate with International audit personnel.
Salary: Negotiable
