∎ MBA/Masters in HRM/Management from a reputed university

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Attendance, Benefits, Leave Management, compensation, Core HR Knowledge, General HR, HRD, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage complete employee life cycle from recruitment on-boarding to employee separation.
∎ Develop & integrate HR strategies within the framework of Corporate HR strategies.
∎ Review job descriptions for all workmen at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the Respective HOD
∎ Monitor payroll, which includes ensuring Attendance & Leaves are tracked in the system
∎ Implement the Performance management system as per prescribed guidelines.
∎ Manage employee communication and internal announcements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Excellent drafting skill in English
∎ Excellent Presentation skill
∎ Knowledge on Advance Excel
∎ Must have sound knowledge about HR policies & procedures and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws & regulations.
∎ Candidate must be in the position of Deputy Manager in a reputed company at least for 2 years

Salary: Negotiable
