Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum four years graduation/post-graduation with at least 5 years relevant work experience in similar job particularly in HR Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and updating HR Policies of the organization
∎ Preparing HRM Plan and official documents
∎ Assist management for arrangement of meetings, seminars, surveys and take minutes
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
∎ Develop and Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment and selection, training, performance evaluation etc.)
∎ Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
∎ Identifying employee training needs across the company , designing the training calendar, supervising its execution and monitoring the effectiveness of the training
∎ Should be able to design salary ,benefits and compensation packages of the organizations
∎ Develop and implement performance appraisal process
∎ Counsel employees regarding leave, company policies, hygiene, etiquette and work environment related issues
∎ Ensure day to day operations of HR functions
∎ Provide clerical and administrative support to the CEO
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience in developing HR Policies
∎ Should have good report writing and language skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Proficient in PC skills particularly in MS Office
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
