Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum four years graduation/post-graduation with at least 5 years relevant work experience in similar job particularly in IT Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively
∎ Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop
∎ Supervise the networks and computer systems in the company to ensure optimal performance
∎ Plan and direct the implementation of latest IT systems
∎ Develop and upgrade software
∎ Develop website and other communication tools such as social media, digital platform etc. of the organization
∎ Exposure to develop and maintain HMS, pharmacy & Store Management Software
∎ Develop online appointment system and customer index
∎ Advance level LAN And WAN setup
∎ MIS and data analysis and prepare analytical reports
∎ Capabilities of Server Setup, Configuration and maintenance
∎ Understanding of CCTV setup, Configuration and Monitoring
∎ Able to perform all kinds of Router setup, configuration and bandwidth management
∎ Complete understanding of database maintenance and ensuring system security
∎ Support service improvement and management
∎ Install & Configure latest electronic device and equipment
∎ Providing support for desktop & Laptop users
∎ Implementation of Payroll Software
∎ Expertise in online search and preparing result oriented documentation as per management requirement
∎ Prepare report on Hospitals activities
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced knowledge in graphics design, illustrator, adobe Photoshop etc.
∎ Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
∎ Advanced Knowledge in Video editing and animation software
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience in MIS
∎ Should have good report writing and language skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes
∎ Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies
∎ Must have good knowledge on software & hardware of IT product
∎ Should have knowledge in full IT department setup of a Hospital
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills both in English & Bangla
∎ Working experience as a team leader or supervisor
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain the discipline
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer operating systems and networks
