Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental national regulations and standards, including OSHA, NEBOSH, OHSAS-18001/ISO-45001, OSHA, ISO- 14001, EPA, and ANSI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
  • Ability to work independently, take the ownership, lead to collaborate with all relevant dept., prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, understand AutoCAD, Architectural drawings and other relevant software applications.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain tailored health, safety, and environmental policies.

  • Drive creation of company H&S policies, SOPs, training materials, and awareness tools.

  • Conduct comprehensive safety training for employees and contractors.

  • Identify and mitigate ISP operation hazards like working at heights and electrical safety.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Assist in investigating workplace incidents and implementing corrective actions.

  • Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.

  • Regularly monitor workplace conditions and conduct compliance audits.
