Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The main responsibility for this job would be to work in egg and hatchery-related work closely to improve quality chick production.
∎ The job responsibility includes conducting required quality egg sorting and related work.
∎ Managing the proper usage of hatchery & and hatchery equipment, following up the entire chick process from its birth
∎ Ensuring the safety of everything and everyone including men, materials, machines, etc.
∎ Coordinate egg collection, sorting, and incubation processes to optimize hatch rates and chick quality.
∎ Monitor egg fertility and hatchability rates, making adjustments to incubation parameters as needed.
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling of eggs to maintain their viability.
∎ Oversee the care and handling of newly hatched chicks, including vaccination, sexing, and quality control procedures.
∎ Monitor chick health and implement appropriate measures to address any issues or concerns.
∎ Coordinate chick delivery schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery.
