Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Personnel from Industrial Engineering background will get preference for the post.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for cutting 100% styles as per the daily cutting plan.
∎ Make sure sewing line input readily available, should not get input dry for any moment.
∎ Make sure zero short cutting by doing coordination with fabric department on a prior basis.
∎ Make sure cutting table optimum efficiency based on the plan.
∎ Cut panel defect should bring down to zero or near to zero at quality check table.
∎ Responsible for achieving 100% marker efficiency.
∎ Maintain cut panel inventory level for maximum 6 days before sewing changeover.
∎ Worker & Staffs turnover and absenteeism rate should lower down on to the sector minimal.
∎ Pre-production meeting and risk assessment has to conduct at least 7 (seven) days prior to the style changeover.
∎ Liable for any kinds of internal and external customer complain.
∎ Responsible for maintaining 0% machine down time (Spreader, Auto cutter, Band knife, Rib cutter etc).
∎ Responsible for generating new ideas & innovations on Machine, Process and Methods.
∎ Per piece cutting production cost should bring down.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experienced at knitted garments cutting section.
∎ Playing the role of Deputy Manager/ Manager- Cutting in a reputed knitted garments cutting section.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in cutting production management & basic LEAN concept.
∎ Should have strong command of leadership, good interpersonal skills, exciting personality & sound communicative skills.
Salary: Negotiable
