Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training, supervising and appraising staff.
∎ Responsible for Increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies.
∎ Analyze and implement policies and procedures that reduce risk and improve operations efficiency.
∎ Evaluate sales performance and customer satisfaction level.
∎ Developing and executing retail strategy.
∎ Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels.
∎ Must be able to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements.
∎ Provide training to employees to enhance their job performance and retention.
∎ Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Managing and Overseeing stock control.
∎ Ensuring the elimination of Near Expiry Products.
∎ Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health, safety & govt. rules.
∎ Preparing promotional materials and displays.
∎ Maintaining statistical records.
∎ Liaising with Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Strong Communication, Multitasking, Technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating system & software (MS Excel, MS Word).
