Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: : 06 month diploma in fire safety from fire service civil Defense
∎ Skills Required: Must possess good interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare a fire safety plan for the Group of Companies.
∎ Regular collect report on fire fighting equipment from every Unit.
∎ Ensure that the entire fire fighting system of the Group is perfectly alright, updated & ready to use.
∎ Implement various fire preventive & safety system as per the threats and hazards.
∎ Follow up Fire safety equipment installation, checking & maintenance.
∎ Should have knowledge on fire hydrant system, fire drill & industrial evacuation plan when emergency.
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace & all business units as well.
∎ Make evacuation plan for all the units of the company.
∎ Arranging & monitoring the monthly fire drill.
∎ Regular/ weekly fire training with all unit fire responsible persons.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents for Audit purpose and update them continuously.
∎ Follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all Fire related CAP given.
∎ To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
∎ Monitor smooth operation of fire control panel and fire protection control room.
∎ Monitor of fire detection system.
∎ Monitor operation of fire machinery and keep necessary stock of parts.
∎ To work in the close coordination with the compliance team regarding the electrical and fire safety issues of the factories.
∎ To ensure planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling of materials, Works distribution between the staff position. Day to Day operation & Trouble shooting procedure overcome by the engineer.
∎ Report to management in case of any risk.
∎ To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience as a Manager- fire safety
∎ Must be someone that is alert, observant and pays keen attention to details at all times
∎ Must show a high level of carefulness in carrying out tasks
∎ Ability to work as part of a team if need be
∎ Must possess in-depth knowledge of relevant fire safety codes and regulations
Salary: Negotiable
