∎ Graduate in Any Discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 7-8 yrs experience as a Manager, Finishing in a sweater garments company
∎ Capable to handle at least 100 personnel different level in his/her own department
∎ The person should be Iron (Pressing), Specialist.
∎ Monitor production output as per production plan & capacity
∎ Manage production requirements from Planning, Operations, IE, Production, and QA through job bag regarding all specifications of garment, accessories, packaging, lead time, capacity and planning.
∎ Manage the line set up on a shift basis as per production line and machine wise output with the best combination manpower & machine.
∎ Monitor inline efficiency and productivity of machine in coordination with maintenance team and employees by giving them job technique, on the job training.
∎ Maintain in line quality in every step of finishing.
∎ Control Lead time against each step of finishing.
∎ Monitor finished goods handover after the execution of finishing, packing, storing, to dispatch/shipment.
