∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Packing, finishing operation, production output and hitting the daily targets with least rejection & meet delivery schedules.
∎ Finishing operation control and handle external & internal technical audits & to ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ • Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as when required and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan.
∎ To help the supervisor in case of problem Iron, folding and packing regarding quality and quantity. To take timely action if Iron, Folding and packing alteration found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Minimizing Operations and Make sure cost saving by achieving best efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have knowledge about Knit Garments in the Finishing section.
∎ Having good technical knowledge finishing development.
∎ Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office & Mail correspondence.

Salary: Negotiable
