Job Context:
∎ The job responsibility involves looking after overall finishing production of 20 lines of the factory.
∎ Must have experience working as Deputy Manager/Manager (Finishing) in Composite Knit Garments Factory. Preferably H&M Buyer.
∎ Good to have- I.E, Planning and Finishing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive order sheet and other related document of finishing goods from responsive department.
∎ Look after the overall finishing and export processes.
∎ Receive complete garments piece by piece from sewing section as style, color and size based on order quantity.
∎ Prepare finishing report for each section & report to G.M (Garments) at least two
∎ times in a day.
∎ Supervise the Checking, Pressing, Folding, Poly, Packing & Cartoning.
∎ Maintain shipment schedule.
∎ Procurement of required accessories & cartons.
∎ Maintain the daily finished garments record.
∎ Supervise the quality of garments.
∎ Supervise the Manager, Dept. Manager, Asst. Manager, Sr. In-charge, In-charge, Asst. In-charge, Supervisor, Asst. Supervisor, Store Officer and other finishing workers.
∎ Have to know about company policies and buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain the floor discipline & to ensure the cleanliness of floor and safety issue.
∎ Have to attend in work place on actual time.
∎ Any other works & when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Buyer COC & Compliance Knowledge
∎ Special experience on H&M Buyer 3 to 4 Years
