Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Financial Products domain (i.e. Cards, iBanking, Loan, etc.) Dispute resolution and settlement process.
∎ Daily tracking of incoming/outgoing dispute cases
∎ Register, investigate, and prepare dispute/settlement cases for final decision
∎ Assist to perform regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams for identifying the improvement areas
∎ Co-ordinate and assist to reconcile activity between network elements
∎ Partner with x-functional team to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage
∎ Develop key recovery metrics and resolution plan for customer complaints
∎ Perform ad-hoc reports as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7+ years of work experience on dispute resolution in Bank or any other financial institute
∎ Sound knowledge on Card (VISA/AMEX/Master Card) domain
∎ Proven ability to handle processing functions independently
∎ Solid knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
∎ Strong project management and planning skills
∎ Ability to write advanced SQL and analyze large data sets
∎ Strong PC software application skills including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software
∎ Analytical mind is able to process information logically delivering value-added analysis
∎ Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
∎ Independent self-starter and flexible team player
∎ Ability to work overtime as required including nights and weekends
