Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and overseas agents.
∎ Prepare and negotiate competitive freight quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
∎ Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
∎ Attend client meetings and presentations to promote the company’s services.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
∎ Monitor and improve operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as on-time delivery, transit times, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
