Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for managing events, outreach, campaigns and ensuring deadlines with approved budgets.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to make all events a success.
∎ Plan and design branding material of the events.
∎ Develop ideas for designing publication, infographics and newsletter.
∎ Develop social media static postforoutreach purpose.
∎ Creating 1/2 mins video and animation.
∎ Other outreach activities for BRAC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
∎ High level of written and spoken English
∎ Commitment to the values, mission and policies of BRAC
∎ Proven experience as a designer
∎ Progessional on using Adobe software and motion graphics
∎ Experience in video editing and animation
∎ External representation experience
∎ At least five 3 years work experience in publication design, develop communication material and audio-visual in the NGO/advertising firm/agency
