∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital ERP Software, ORACLE EBS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the users and functional teams and implement any technical aspects of Oracle EBS, HIS and other relevant software
∎ Work closely with the oracle EBS functional team members
∎ Assist to maintain all master data in system
∎ Work closely with all users of each department to ensure completion of all trainings
∎ Monitor and manage approval hierarchies
∎ Plan, Track, Implement and develop any new requirement as approved by HOD
∎ Maintain a support log of all system issues/bugs and also complaints from users
∎ Resolve all support log issues in coordination with the relevant team members
∎ Map, develop and deliver all reports needed by the relevant departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Any relevant certification will be highly weighted
Salary:
∎ As per hospital policy
