• 7 to 8 years

• The incumbent must be a Graduate in engineering from reputed institutions (EEE/ME/METE)

• 7 to 8 years

Required key skills (functional/technical)

• High level of questioning/probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers.

• A sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues required.

• Skilled in time and territory management

• Financial skills with strong analytical approach, and sound planning and organizing skills essential.

• Strong communications skills (advanced presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)

• Language Skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bangla

Required qualifications/experience

• Proven track 7-8 years of relevant experience

• Large or multinational organization experience preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Planning, managing, developing and deployment of applications/technical specialists and manage all aspects of application laboratories to ensure business results and maximize internal and external customer satisfaction.

• He/She would be responsible for management of existing key accounts and generating new leads to meet sale quotas.

• Increase the market share of Products in a healthy level to meet the financial target.

• Find the potential and promote new application of products of the Group in Bangladesh market to earn better revenue.

• Gather market information through various internal and external channels and keep management informed of competitive situation, opportunities and threats.

• Ensure all sales promotion & market development activities and availability of products in market.

• Monitor competitor activities and develop suitable strategy to contain competition and penetrate competition territory.

• Maintain Public Relations through visiting Govt. and other institutional users

• Maintain rapport with the key customers.

• Ensure Safety practices as per policy.
