Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in any discipline.
∎ CAPM / PMP / ITIL / or relevant industry training / certifications will given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP,CAPM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, IT Security, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Virtualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the performance of the company’s computer systems to ensure optimal performance levels. Ensuring that all computer systems are compatible with each other and with corporate standards.
∎ Coordinating with vendors and other business departments to ensure that all technology needs are met.
∎ Managing the budget for all information technology purchases, including hardware, software and services.
∎ Managing the relationship between internal departments, external contractors, and client, both on and off-site. Liaising with the Internal and External Teams for meeting deadlines.
∎ Manage & lead IT Systems projects at the client site.
∎ Developing extensive Project Plans through discussion and negotiation with client, partners and suppliers, tracking progress of development against agreed targets.
∎ Analyze and identify risks and prepare contingency plans. Flag risks to stake holders well in time.
∎ Managing the implementation, testing and go-live stages of the project.
∎ Defining and developing project plans, conducting cost / benefit analyses and risk assessments, managing and mentoring personnel, monitoring and reviewing project progress.
∎ Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
∎ Building a comprehensive security program that includes security policies, configuration of security alerts, managing physical and cyber security matters
∎ Oversee and manage Cloud based security (AWS, GCP, Azure) systems
∎ Take part in internal and external audits related to security and compliance.
∎ Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
∎ Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team.
∎ Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8+ years of professional experience as IT & security manager.
∎ Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
∎ Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.
∎ Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws
∎ All candidates are expected to have sufficient computer skills required for the job.
∎ Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self motivated, driven by results.
∎ Communicate/ escalate/ co-ordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
∎ Good oral & written communication skill is mandatory.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction - Customer Sanctification Surveys are key performance indicators for individuals.
∎ Ensure timely, high quality communication - Requires strong organizational skills.
∎ Learn and remain current in relevant products.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
