- Strong leadership with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Interior Design (ID) works.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and oversee full construction operations across all active project sites.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, estimations, and cost plans.
- Develop, update, and ensure on-time execution of project schedules.
- Ensure construction works strictly comply with design, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise site teams, ensure productivity, and enforce operational discipline.
- Manage subcontractors, evaluate performance, and ensure quality delivery.
- Strengthen the Material Requisition System (MRS) for efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure strict quality assurance from foundation through final finishing.
- Verify and certify contractor bills and assess physical work progress.
- Prepare progress reports, status updates, and revised schedules as needed.
- Ensure smooth project execution from foundation to final handover.
- Perform any responsibilities assigned by Management.
