• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Promote and sell real estate products (apartments, commercial spaces, plots, etc.) to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Arrange site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase company projects.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and update CRM/database regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, customer service) for smooth project delivery.

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
