Responsibilities & Context:
Drive sales and marketing efforts for residential apartments.
Possess knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, particularly RAJUK policies.
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Build a new customer base and maintain positive relationships with current clients, while developing strategies for new customer acquisition.
Prepare and submit daily sales and marketing reports to management.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Schedule client meetings, arrange project visits, and ensure exceptional client service.
Foster relationships with both new and existing customers.
Negotiate with clients, demonstrating persuasive and assertive communication.
