• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Strong communication skills, innovation, and self-discipline.

• Proficiency in Bengali and English, with excellent writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical integrity.

• Generate and manage leads for residential properties (flats, apartments, plots, houses).

• Contact prospective buyers through calls, visits, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Conduct property showings, site visits, and client meetings.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable residential options.

• Explain pricing, payment schedules, booking procedures, and handover timelines.

• Negotiate deals and assist clients through booking and sales closure.

• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, accounts, construction) for documentation and approvals.

• Maintain client records and update sales reports regularly.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat/referral business.

• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor projects.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
