Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a reputed university; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in electrical & electronic maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience with RSC/Nirapon and international compliance audits.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical machinery, control systems, and production equipment.

  • Manage installation, inspection, and servicing of motors, drives, PLCs, panels, automation systems, and sewing/non-sewing machines.

  • Ensure routine and preventive maintenance of substations, generators, boilers, compressors, HVAC systems, lifts, water pumps, and all plant utilities.

  • Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Compliance & Safety

  • Monitor safe operation of high- and low-voltage distribution systems.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, RSC, Nirapon, and other technical audit requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, service records, SOPs, checklists, and audit-related reports.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure effective execution of electrical maintenance tasks.

  • Develop training schedules and technical modules to build team skills and strengthen capabilities.

  • Oversee workforce planning, JD alignment, KPIs, and HR-related activities for the electrical-utility team.

Inventory & Resource Management

  • Ensure availability and proper stock management of critical spare parts and consumables.

  • Maintain records of spare parts usage and coordinate with store/central inventory for timely replenishment.

  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely support and technical services.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, breakdown analysis, and productivity metrics.

  • Suggest and implement system improvements, upgrades, and modernization projects to drive efficiency and sustainability.

Project Management

  • Lead projects on energy optimization, automation, and electrical system upgrades.

  • Define operational goals, implement policies and procedures, and monitor fulfillment, quality, and productivity metrics.

  • Act as a single point of contact for electrical engineering matters with customers, stakeholders, and other business functions.

  • Manage resource acquisition, supplier technical performance, and continuous process improvements.

Others

  • Ensure timely support to production and mechanical teams to reduce production loss during breakdowns.

  • Fulfill auditor and buyer requirements as per compliance standards.

  • Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management.
