∎ Bachelor or Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast knowledge of different types of fabrics & its batching. Planning and preparing batch for dyeing based on order, nature of fabric, color, style etc.
∎ To monitor the production plans on regular basis to ensure timely delivery of fabric. Handle batch section individually.
∎ Have to have experience of MS word & excel & keep update of all order status, batching & dyeing.
∎ To generate all kinds of report, required by the Management / Buyers.
∎ Capacity booking analysis, preparing master plan.
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Planning
