• Solid technical background in development, with the capability to explain complex processes and technologies to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent client service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Dhaka's real estate market, including Flats, Plots, and Land Share.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools, and real estate management software.
• Fluent in Bengali and English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Manager, who will oversee the company's entire operations and ensure smooth management across every sector of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and mentor teams across all company sectors; set clear goals and ensure project deadlines are met; provide guidance and support to employees; recruit, hire, and train new developers.
• Development Standards: Establish clear standards for development practices across teams; create and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction through feedback and customer service; communicate with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing excellent service via different channels, including social media.
• Technical Leadership: Utilize a strong technical background in development to make informed decisions; explain complex technical solutions in simple, accessible terms to stakeholders.
• Project Management: Define the scope and objectives of all development projects; ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies for improving revenue growth; analyze competitors’ products, services, and pricing.
• Operational Efficiency: Create operational manuals and standardized processes to streamline workflow; recommend and implement product improvements and best practices.
• Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for new hires and current employees to boost productivity and skillsets.
