Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for design / development on current trend and forecast with latest garment technology and to serve customer as per their requirements.
∎ Always focus on new market initiatives to build more customers.
∎ Support Merchandising team in terms of supply chain management, sourcing fabric, accessory & embellishment, sample process, product operation management, liaise with the buyers, work on new business opportunities etc.
∎ Implement strategic ideas in order to impress buyers by trendy design.
∎ Represent company's strengths to the potential buyers in the international market.
∎ Leading a Design Studio and grooming a team that helps on gaining work efficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
