∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing & Configuring Network Devices like Routers (MikroTik, Juniper & Cisco), Switches (Cisco, Juniper & BDCOM) and various OLTs.
∎ Vast Knowledge about MikroTik is highly required.
∎ Supervising Technical Support Team & ensuring the optimal level of Customer Support.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Wi-Fi, Enterprise Network & FTTx Technology.
∎ Confident enough to provide Support to a large number of Retail Customers.
∎ Experience in the relevant field will get highest priority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must be smart, energetic, punctual & self-motivated.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Need to work under pressure.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
