∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses
∎ Continuously review the scope for improvement in project management processes and project performance, based on lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary.
∎ Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program and succession plan.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on, SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, ISO, WRAP and another certification program.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Buyers social, safety & chemical management requirement. Like for 01. Walmart (FCCA, Social & SCS), 02. Inditex (COC, RTM, GTW & STW), 03. Next (COP), 04. GU (COC), 05. PRIMARK, 06. H&M (HIGG), 07. C&A (SCM, ZDHC & COC) audits and assessments.
∎ Handling Disciplinary, Grievances & Employee relation issues as per law.
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.

∎ Establish specifications, standards, and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical experience in HR, Admin & Compliance at Industrial Project.
∎ Should have strong knowledge of labor law.
∎ Should have a strong track record in corporate HR practice related to HR Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Should have a good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skill, leadership skill and ability to generate a professional report.
∎ Should be able to ensure compliance issues including certification of all the companies of the Group.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Industrial Project, Manufacturing Company.
