∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the execution, monitoring & follow up of overall factory Production for on-time shipment.
∎ Production Planning / organizing of: material / manpower / machinery by creating the monthly plan of production and coordinate with the corporate teams to ensure availability of manpower, material, etc.
∎ Ensure production and storage of all products according to the set guidelines.
∎ Responsible for de-bottleneck and process improvement at plant, Creating continual improvement culture at plant
∎ Developing & implementing innovative strategies to factory operation.
∎ Ensure Lean Management to optimum utilization of resources incl. men, machine, and material.
∎ Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production target and shipment with zero quality issue.
∎ To review deviations, defects and reports related with production department and assist QA in technical investigation and implementation of CAP.
∎ Collaborating with quality control manager & buyers to establish and execute quality control processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Footwear/ Leather Engineering.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in shoes production Department.."
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate with high level executives.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
∎ Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
∎ Team oriented with ability to multi-task.
∎ Effectively plans and executes changes
