∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Monitor, organize and development of Quality control functions of large scale shoe production.
∎ To provide specified and relevant directions, decisions and checkpoints that’s are approved by customer/buyer representative to the QC officers, QC supervisors & QC inspectors.
∎ To offer final inspection to customer/buyer representatives according to PO completion and lead the inspection procedure and guide the whole team according to the requirements of customer/buyer representative.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team. Monitoring QA and QC performance monthly and report to respective Manager.
∎ To reconfirm the visual & functional requirements of QC passed products by crosschecking randomly at assigned area including all process.
∎ To reconfirm the visual and functional lacking of QC blocked products by crosschecking randomly, to take specified and relevant decision of QC blocked products.
∎ Ensure Quality compliance (buyer's requirements, quality SOP, responsible for quality & technical related issues arising in production, control audit such as Internal QMS Audit, PS Audit, and Housekeeping Audit etc, Follow up & Coordinate 5S in the workplace)
∎ To communicate directly with customer/buyer representative in order to confirm the specific requirements of them in case of material arrival to finish product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Footwear/ Leather Engineering
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Department.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate with high level executives.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.
∎ Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
∎ Team oriented with ability to multi-task.
∎ Effectively plans and executes changes
