Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum H.S.C,
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and ensure daily cutting and lay plan.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ IE & Planning/PM/ Quality Manager others for Day-to-Day work.
∎ Ensure to Maintain and record cutting fabric consumption.
∎ Ensure to production fabric ready in all average.
∎ To communicate with Planning Department & Production Department and discussion about cut plan.
∎ Ensure to need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Ensure to Ensure to Shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relax 24 hour before cutting.
∎ Ensure to Shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department.
∎ Ensure to Style wise cutting quality monitoring.
∎ Ensure to Lay, cutting report & shading chart register check.
∎ Ensure to part inspection from top to bottom.
∎ Ensure to cutting quality inspection after numbering & bundling.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 10 to 15 years including 5 years’ minimum experience as cutting Manager in Composite Garments & Textile company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit fabrics Cutting & Input preparation
∎ Age between 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to operate Computerized automatic cutting & spreading
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
