Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Prepare requisition slip for both issue & delivery of materials.
∎ Making comparison report to purchase requisition & budge control.
∎ Ensure proper trace-ability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Maintain all required documents properly (gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.)
∎ Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Concern Department & liaison with Commercial Department for Shipment in time and liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.
∎ Must have effective communication with Merchandiser/supplier for getting update about delivery shipment.
∎ Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report.
∎ Observing Safety issues of entire store area.
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of store by using ERP Software.
∎ Delivery against approved requisition.
∎ Any other project assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Store, Garment General Store, Garments accessories Store, Fabric Store, Inventory management
∎ Candidates must have experiences in working with store & inventory Dept.
∎ Good analytical skill.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel) & ERP solutions
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
