Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile
∎ M.Sc in Textile Engineering preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Fabrics Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity Study for Textile and Dyeing operations.
∎ Machines & Manpower requirements forecasting, Capacity Booking, Gap analysis,
∎ Optimum capacity utilization, Order booking query, feedback & dashboard update.
∎ Ensuring the proper & strong coordination among the respective responsible sections/departments regarding the Capacity Utilization & Open Capacity.
∎ Responsible for the capacity management of the entire operation & escalate management on potential capacity gaps well in advance in order to ensure optimum utilization of capacities & to take preventive measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership and motivation skills
∎ Technical knowledge of garments design, fabric composition & hard / soft wash.
∎ Practical working experiences with GAP, Kohl's, AE, JC Penny etc.

Salary: Negotiable
