Agile methodology, API Integration, RESTful web services development, Scrum Methodology, SOAP API
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A strong command of enablement technology platforms, and the ability to research and recommend new features in line with organizational goals
∎ Continuously look at the services from an end-users perspective; drive the complete experience, to the best outcome possible for the end-user.
∎ Translate priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria based on collaboration with other product peers.
∎ Maintain core platform release plan.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives.
∎ Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to enable integrations via API, to improve and develop core platform features. Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
∎ Creation of user guides in reference to any relevant platforms or delivery mechanisms.
∎ Analyse feedback from internal platform users.
∎ Maintain cohesion across all product lines on the platform.
∎ Meticulous, highly developed organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Basic understanding of platform product management.
∎ Fluency in moving from understanding and strategy to developing initial concepts through implementation
∎ API integration experience with Restful web service and Soap web service and Sync and Async API interface modality.
∎ Expertise on Business requirement analysis and technical implementation.
∎ Capability of preparing effective technical product documentation and presentation.
∎ Ideation of new products/features through market and similar product study.
∎ Proper understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Capability of presenting a technical concept to both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Maintaining proper communication with relevant technical teams.
∎ Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Conflict resolution skill.
