Job Responsibilities:
∎ A strong command of enablement technology platforms, and the ability to research and recommend new features in line with organizational goals
∎ Pursue a deep understanding of organizational goals to ensure the platform meets the needs of other systems and end-users
∎ Be the conscience of the Platform, continuously looking at the services from an end user's perspective; driving the complete experience, to the best outcome possible for the end-user. Ensure the customer experience is represented as a top priority throughout all stages of development
∎ Collaborate with product peers to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
∎ Ensure cohesion across all product lines on the platform.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives.
∎ Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to enable integrations via API, to improve and develop core platform features. Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies
∎ Creation of user guides in reference to any relevant platforms or delivery mechanisms
∎ Analyse feedback from internal platform users
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic understanding of platform product management
∎ Fluency in moving from understanding and strategy to developing initial concepts through implementation
∎ API integration experience with Restful web service and Soap web service and Sync and Async API interface modality
∎ Expertise in Business requirement analysis and technical implementation
∎ The capability of preparing effective technical product documentation and presentation
∎ Ideation of new products/features through the market and similar product study
∎ Proper understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
∎ Effective interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Capability of presenting a technical concept to both technical and non-technical audiences
∎ Maintaining proper communication with relevant technical teams
∎ Collaboration with cross-functional teams
∎ Conflict resolution skills
∎ Meticulous, highly developed organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
