• Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Training : SLCP, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Lead and perform internal and external audits based on the company and buyers' Code of Conduct.

• Manage audits prescribed by brands and regulatory bodies covering standards such as BWB, WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, and SLCP.

• Prepare audit documentation, support on-site audits, and ensure post-audit follow-up and development visits.

• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans (CAP) to ensure timely and sustainable resolution of audit findings.

• Track CAP implementation and report progress to relevant departments.

• Collaborate with buyers, brands, and external stakeholders to align with Codes of Conduct and compliance expectations.

• Continuously update policies in line with changing regulations and brand requirements. Utilize compliance software and digital tools to manage data and records efficiently.

• Conduct and review self-assessments (e.g., SLCP, SMETA SAQ) and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain compliance data and update online portals such as GVMS, FFC, FSLM, BWB, Retraced, SLCP, and SEDEX.

• Organize and facilitate compliance-related training sessions based on Better Work Portal guidelines.
